Installationpreparation:

Beforeassembling, make sure that the joint surface of the tight sleeve is free ofdirt, and then apply a thin layer of grease or lubricating oil (withoutmolybdenum disulfide) evenly.

Loosenall screws a few turns, and use the loosening screws to keep the pressure ringat a certain distance from the inner and outer cone surfaces.

Install:

Push thehub to the position specified by the design.

Installthe expansion sleeve of the loosened screw into the coupling hole smoothly,while paying attention to the inclination of the coupling piece, then removethe screw in the disassembly screw hole, and pre-tighten the fastening screw tofix it at the designed position.

Tightenthe fastening screws of the coupling sleeve diagonally, crossly and evenly witha torque wrench, but the screws on both sides of the slit should be tightenedin sequence. The tightening torque is as follows:

The firsttime: tighten with 1/3 tightening torque Ma value;

Thesecond time: tighten with 1/2 tightening torque Ma value;

The thirdtime: tighten with the tightening torque Ma value;

Finally,check the tightening torque Ma value according to the order of screwarrangement to ensure that all the tightening torques are reached.

Disassemble

Unscrewand pull out all tightened screws.

Coagulatethe dismantling screws, and turn the screws evenly in turn to disengage theconnecting parts from each other.

Reuse:

Whenreusing after assembly and disassembly, pay attention to whether the bolts aredeformed, lengthened, and the thread profile falls off. In any of the abovesituations, it can no longer be used.

Protection

After theexpansion sleeve is installed, measures such as spit anti-rust oil are requiredto prevent rust in the leakage part.

Forequipment operating in the open air, the protective measures of the exposedparts should be regularly checked when the working environment is poor.

Forexpansion sleeves working in corrosive media, expansion sleeves with specialanti-rust functions should be used, or professional measures such as protectivecovers should be added.
